摘要
为了对抗除草剂基因(BAR)转水稻稻米进行安全性评价,我们对该样品进行了急性毒性试验、致突变试 验及30天喂养试验,结果大小鼠经口LD_(50)>21.5g/kg体重,无致突变作用,30天喂养试验16、32、64g/kg体重各剂 量组大鼠生长发育、体重、食物利用率、血常规、脏体比及病理组织学观察等各项指标与阴性对照组比均无显著性差异, 无作用剂量为 64g/kg体重。提示抗除草剂基因(BAR)转水稻稻米食用是安全的。
Objective ]: To carry out safe evaluation for anti-herbicide gene (BAR) transfer rice. [Methods ]: We operated acute toxicity experiments, mutation experiments and 30-days feeding test. [Results]: Showed that the oral LD_50,was larger than 21. 5g/kg, which have no mutations ; the mice of 16, 32, 64g/kg -dosage groups have good developments in 30 - days feeding test. Contrary to those of negative control group, the index of the weight, food utilization rate, routine blood test, rate of organ to body (weight to weight), and patho-histological observation have no obvious difference. None effect dosage was 64g/kg. [Conclutions]: Anti-herbicide gene transfer rice is safe to take.
