摘要
目的为依科源牌美容胶囊安全性评价提供毒理学依据。方法采用急性毒性试验,小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验,Ames试验,小鼠精子畸形试验和大鼠30 d喂养试验进行检测。结果依科源牌美容胶囊对雌雄性小鼠和雌雄性大鼠经口LD50均大于10.0 g/kg,属实际无毒级。3项致突变试验均未显示出突变性,对大鼠30 d喂养试验各项指标均未见明显毒性,大鼠30d喂养试验无作用剂量为3.67 g/kg。结论依科源牌美容胶囊3个阶段毒性试验结果均未表现出明显毒性。
[Objective]To provide toxicological basis for the safety evaluation of Yikeyuan beauty capsule. [Methods]Acute toxicity test, marrow micmnucleus test on mice, Ames test, sperm malformation test and 30 days＇ feeding test were carried out for the detection. [ Results] Oral LD50 of Yikeyuan beauty capsule on male and female mice were above 10.0 g/kg with no toxicity. All the three mutagenicity tests showed no mutagenicity; no obvious toxicity was found in all the indexes of the 30 days＇ feeding test, the ineffective dose of which was 3.67 g/kg. [Conclusion]No significant toxicity was found in the three stages of toxicological tests for Yukeyuan beauty capsule.
