摘要
以Ca(NO3)2.4H2O、Mg(NO3)2.6H2O、Na2SiO3.9H2O、Eu2O3为原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备了Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu2+绿色荧光粉.其激发光谱分布在300~480 nm波长范围,谱峰位于310~385 nm,可以被InGaN管芯产生的360~480 nm辐射有效激发;在430 nm激发下,其发射光谱谱峰位于512 nm处.当Eu2+掺杂量为0.03时,Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu2+荧光粉发光强度达到最大值.
The Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu2+ green phosphor was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation.The result showed the excitation spectrum of the Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu2+ green phosphor extended from 300 nm to 480 nm,and the peaks appeared around 310 nm and 385 nm,thus the phosphor can be excited effectively by InGaN chip in the range of 360~480 nm.The peak of the emission spectrum appeared around 512 nm.The strongest emission intensity was obtained when Eu2+doping concentration reached 3 ﹪.
