摘要
介绍了天钢棒材厂带肋钢筋四切分轧制工艺,通过孔型系统设计,轧制技术参数计算,导卫系统的选择,开发防扭转导卫,合理配置切分活套,完善中精轧机组配辊系统,改善冷床对齐设施,成功开发出适合天钢棒材线6-8-4工艺布局的四切分轧制工艺。Φ12mm螺纹钢相比较于三切分工艺,提高生产效率15%,经济效益显著;采用四切分轧制工艺成功开发了Φ10mm螺纹钢,扩大了天钢产品结构,实现了螺纹钢生产品种规格的系列化。
Four slitting rolling process for ribbed rebar at Bar Mill, TISCO, is introduced. The four slitting rolling process suitable for 6-8-4 layout at Bar Mill was successfully developed by designing pass system, calculating technical parameters, selecting guide system, developing anti-twisting guide, reasonably arranging slitting loopers, optimizing pass positioning system of intermediate and finishing mills and improving the alignment device of cooling bed. Compared with three slitting process, Ф12 mm rebar produced with four slitting rolling process resulted in productivity increase by 15% with prominent economic benefit. With four slitting rolling process, Φ10 mm rebar was developed successfully, which enlarged TISCO product structure and realized the serialization of rebar production specification.
