韶钢炼轧厂小型棒材三切分工艺应用

摘要 针对韶钢炼轧厂棒二线生产小规格φ12螺纹钢筋存在的问题:产能低下,轧机产量与其他设备不相匹配;能耗高、电机负荷大;轧制速度快、成品在裙板与辊道工作区域稳定性差,容易发生堆钢故障等,在现有设备基础上对棒二线进行三切分生产工艺改造;通过对三切分工艺的孔型设计、导卫设计,生产工艺的调整,解决了影响三切分生产稳定各种难题,取得了显著效果。 Problems existed during the production of Ф12 mm small specification rebar at the second bar production line of the Steelmaking and Rolling Plant of Shaosteel, including low capacity and bad match between the production volume of the rolling mill and other equipment, high energy consumption and high load on the motors, high rolling speed and poor stability of finished products in the apron and roller working area, high occurrence of pile-up accidents and so on. In order to solve those problems, a modernization project was conducted to upgrade the existing production process of the second bar production line to a three-slitting process. Thanks to the proper roll pass design, guide design and production process adjustment, factors having negative influence on the stable operation of the three-slitting process were eliminated and remarkable results were achieved.
