摘要
在大型LNG全容式储罐建造施工中,穹顶钢结构的气顶升是储罐建造最关键的工序,其难点在于如何选用合适的工装机具,采用何种密封结构。文章介绍了深圳大鹏和江苏16万m3LNG全容式储罐穹顶气顶升密封装置的结构形式及使用效果。在深圳大鹏LNG储罐穹顶气顶升密封装置结构形式的基础上,江苏LNG储罐穹顶气顶升的密封结构做了三项改进,改进后的密封装置显著提高了对储罐混凝土墙壁的顶紧力,降低了对储罐混凝土墙壁平整度的要求,在气顶升过程中大大减少了风压损失。
In the construction of large full containment LNG tank,the key working procedure for tank construction is the air raising of dome steel structure.The difficulty is how to choose appropriate construction implements and which type of sealing structure to use.This paper introduces structural form and the application effect of the sealing device for dome air raising of the 160 000 m3 full containment LNG tanks in Shenzhen Dapeng and Jiangsu projects.On the basis of structural form of the air raising sealing device used in Shenzhen Dapeng LNG tank,three improvements were made for Jiangsu LNG tank.The improved sealing device significantly increased the pressing force on the tank concrete wall,thus reduced the requirement for tank concrete wall flatness,and air pressure loss greatly reduced in the process of dome air raising.
