摘要
以国内外最常见的16万m3液化天然气低温储罐施工为例,介绍了钢结构拱顶气升作业的工艺流程和操作要点,并对其最重要的平衡系统进行理论研究和量化分析,阐述了平衡系统的纠偏原理和纠偏能力,得出了平衡系统具有显著的抵抗水平倾覆的能力,但几乎不具有水平偏移和轴向偏转的纠偏能力,分析结果与工程实际情况相吻合,对今后顶升工艺设计具有一定的参考价值。
Taking installation of typical 160 000 m3 liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanks for example, the process and operating key points of roof air-rising are introduced, and the leveling system of roof air-rising was focused on the theoretical research and quantitative analysis. It elaborated the principles and abilities to anti-deviation of leveling system, thus conclusionn was made that the leveling system has an outstanding ability to resist roof overturning, and little ability to control horizontal and circumferential displacement, which is consistent with the actual situation, so it's valuable to air-rising process design in future.
