摘要
目的分析安理申合并复方丹参滴丸治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选择2005年1月～2011年12月在笔者所在医院进行血管性痴呆治疗的患者120例,随机分为治疗组、安理申组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规的治疗方式;安理申组在常规治疗基础上加予安理申治疗;治疗组再加复方丹参滴丸治疗,3组治疗前后进行MMSE、ADL积分比较分析。结果治疗组的疗效优于安理申组,安理申组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安理申对轻-中度认知功能损害治疗有效,能改善脑血管性痴呆患者的认知功能以及日常生活活动能力,合并复方丹参滴丸更能提高疗效,对提高患者的生存质量具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects on curing vascular dementia of aricept merging the compound Danshen dripping pills.Methods 120 patients which were selected from January 2005 to December 2011 in the author’s hospital who received treatment on vascular dementia.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group,aricept group and control group.Each group had 40 patients.And the conventional treatment was applied in control group.Aricept group had the conventional treatment and aricept treatment included.Compound Danshen dripping pills were added in the treatment group to do treatment.Three groups going on MMSE and ADL integration were contrasted and analyzed.Results The curative effect in treatment group was superior to the aricept group and control group.In each group showed that the difference had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Aricept has a curative effect on the light and medium impairment of cognitive function,and it can ameliorate the cognitive function of cerebral vascular dementia patients and the physical abilities in daily life.The approach of merging compound Danshen dripping pills could better improve the curative effect,which had a great significance for the quality of life of patients.
