摘要
目的:观察醒脑静注射液辅助治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效和安全性。方法:病毒性脑炎92例病人分为治疗组50例,对照组42例。对照组按病情给予脱水、利尿等降颅压和激素、抗炎、抗病毒及神经营养剂等常规治疗;治疗组则在此基础上加用醒脑静注射液20mL加入氯化钠注射液100mL中静脉滴注,qd,疗程15d。结果:经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组基本治愈率74%,对照组36%,2组疗效比较经Ridit分析,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。治疗组临床症状或体征缓解消失的情况优于对照组,2组比较缓解消失率有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组一过性心悸1例、恶心1例,均较轻。结论:醒脑静注射液辅助治疗病毒性脑炎安全有效。
AIM： To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Xingnaojing injection in patients with viral encephalitis. METHODS： Ninety-two patients were divided into treatment group （50 patients）and control group （42 patients）. Beside given routine treatment, all patients, in treatment group were given Xingnaojing injection 20 mL sodium chloride injection 100 mL iv drip, qd, for 15 d. RESULTS： After one course of treatment, there were significant differences in the curative rates （74 % vs 36 % P 〈 0.01 ） between the two groups. Comparison of effects obtained between them after the treatment by Ridit analysis was singnificantly different （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION ：Xingnaojing injection is an effective and safety medicine as an adjuvant treatment for viral encephalitis.
