摘要
目的:观察开窍通络法配合清开灵及醒脑静注射液治疗中风偏瘫的疗效。方法:将192例中风偏瘫患者分成观察组及对照组,两组均常规使用甘露醇、抗凝、降纤、扩容治疗及辨证予中药汤剂治疗,观察组加用开窍通络针法配合清开灵及醒脑静注射液静脉滴注,均治疗4周。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);肌力恢复情况比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);神经功能缺损程度及生活能力状态评分比较,观察组较对照组明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:开窍通络法配合清开灵及醒脑静注射液治疗中风偏瘫效果显著。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of the method of causing resuscitation and removing obstruction combined with Qingkailing Injectio and Xin Nao Jing Injectio on apoplectic Hemiplegia. Methods：192 cases of apoplectic hemiplegia were divided into an observation group and a control group. All of them were routinely treated with mannitol, anticoagulant, antifibrinolysis, enlargement of blood volume and TCM decoction based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs. In addition,the observation group were added with Qingkailing Injectio and Xingnaojing Injectio. They were treated for 4 weeks. Results：The therapeutic effect and the myodynamia in the observation group was better than those in the control group （both P〈0. 01） ;The scores for nerve function defect and ability of life in the observation group improved significantly as compared with the control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion.. The method of causing resuscitation and removing obstruction combined with Qingkailing Injectio and Xingnaojing Injectio has obvious therapeutic effect on apoplectic hemiplegia.
