摘要
对比了不同黏度尼龙66(PA66)树脂、表面不同处理方式的玻璃纤维以及一些特殊添加剂对30%玻纤增强尼龙66流动性及表面光泽度的影响。结果表明:低黏树脂、前处理的玻纤对30%玻纤增强PA66的流动性及表面光泽度的改善效果最佳;材料的流动性和表面光泽度随流动改性剂AM的加入显著提高,且当其质量分数为1%时,材料综合性能最好;有机成核剂的加入有效提高30%玻纤增强PA66的流动性及表面光泽度。
The effect of nylon 66 resin with diflerent viscosity, different types of glass fiber and additives on mobility and surface gloss of glass fiber reinforced nylon (30%) was studied. The results showed that low viscosity resin, pre-treated glass fiber can effectively improve the mobility and surface gloss of 30% GF reinforced nylon 66. The mobility and surface gloss of GF30 Nylon 66 increased significantly with the addition of flow modifier AM. The optimized comprehensive performance can be reached when the flow modifier AM content was 1%. Organic nucleating agent can effectively improve the mobility and surface gloss of Nylon 66.
