摘要
将马来酸单酯稀土(RETM)包覆改性CaCO3后,用于填充改性尼龙6(PA6),并对其力学性能、吸水性能及等进行了研究,结果表明:采用RETM包覆改性CaCO3能明显改善PA6的力学性能,提高PA6的耐磨损性及热变形温度,降低PA6的吸水率。其中弯曲强度,缺口冲击强度和热变形温度分别提高了约33%,48%和20%,耐磨损性提高超过近一倍,吸水率降低了约56%。
The modification for calcium carbonate (CaCO3) by coating of rare earthmaleic ester(RETM), then put this composite filler into polyamide 6 (PA6), studied on the mechanical properties and water absorption of the PA6, the results showed that RETM-coated CaCO3 can improves the mechanical properties, can raises the abrasion resistance and heat distortion temperature and decreases the ratio of absorbent water. The flexaral strength, impact strength and heat distortion temperature were improved by 33%, 48% and 20% respectively, abrasion resistance were raised by up to 100% and water absorption were decreased by 56%.
