摘要
以美国韦恩州立大学营养与食品科学专业的研究生培养方案为例,介绍中美食品科学专业研究生教育的异同,就研究生招生制度、培养目标和标准、课程体系、课程内容、科研工作以及淘汰和评价体系几方面进行了简要的比较研究。
Taking the postgraduatie cultivation on food science of Wayne State University as example, the similarities and differences between postgraduate education of food science in China and America, such as enrollment, training objectives and standards, curriculum system, teaching method, the scientific research work, elimination and evaluation system are compared. It is supposed to figure out the difference and therefore benefits Chinese post-graduate education on food science.
