摘要
农地产权制度问题的根本是其中的所有权制度。合理界定和安排农地所有权,切实保障农民的土地权益,就必须高度重视农民对农地所有权制度安排或设置的认知程度和真实意愿,它是我们进行理论创新、制度创新的源泉和基础。本文通过对安徽省太和县农户抽样问卷调查的实证分析,就农民对农地所有权的认知和意愿进行了研究,以期为农地所有权制度创新提供有益的启示和决策依据。
The farmland property rights system's foundation is its ownership system.To reasonably definite and arrange farmland ownership and to cogently safeguard farmers' land rights and interests will have to pay high attention to the farmland ownership system arrangement or set of cognition and true wishes of farmers,which is our theoretical innovation,system innovation 's source and foundation.By means of analyzing empirically on Anhui province Taihe county's households' sampling questionnaire survey,engaging in studying on farmers' cognition and willingness of farmland's ownership system,this paper excepts to provide beneficial enlightenment and decision-making basis of farmland ownership' innovation.
