在梳理机上安装自调匀整装置可以提高纤网的均匀度,从而提升最终产品的质量。主要介绍了自调匀整技术的基本知识、自调匀整装置的结构和原理,并分析了自调匀整装置对于梳理纤网的匀整效果。
Autoleveller equipment installed on the carding machine can improves the uniformity of fiber web, so as to enhance the quality of the final product. The basics knowledge of autoleveller technology, structure and principle of the autoleveller equipment were introduced, and the autoleveller equipment for groo- ming the leveling effects of fiber network was analyzed.
