摘要
对雷公藤角斑病菌福木假尾孢(Pseudocercospora elaeodendri)毒素的生物活性进行测定。结果表明,该菌所产生的毒素对雷公藤叶片具有毒性。生物活性测定方法选择离体叶片针刺法。对雷公藤角斑病菌产毒条件研究表明,该菌产毒的最佳培养液为查彼+培养液,最适pH值为7.0,适宜温度为29℃,并在全黑暗条件下充分震荡(120 r.min-1)培养25 d。
Bioassay results of the study indicated that toxin from Pseudocercospora elaeodendri had toxicity on the leaves of Tripterygiurn wilfordii Hook. f. , and the pricking and spreading method was a more effective and convenient method. The toxin-producing capability of the fungus was observed, and the results showed the cultural conditions for producting toxin were remarkable. The most optimum medium for the activity was Czapek +, and the favorable temperature was 29 ~C, the optimum pH was 7.0, cultured period being 25 days, rotating speed 120 r.min-', darkness and enough dissolved 02.
