神经生长因子在支气管哮喘中的作用

摘要 神经生长因子是一种对在神经细胞生长、分化中起营养作用的神经肽类,是神经营养因子家族中的一员。它由神经细胞、炎症细胞及气道上皮细胞分泌产生,在支气管哮喘气道炎症、气道重塑等病理过程中发挥重要作用。研究显示其通过介导免疫失衡,分泌神经肽,启动肾上腺髓质细胞冗余性和气道重塑等而参与支气管哮喘的发生、发展。深入了解神经生长因子在支气管哮喘中的作用,有助于形成新的支气管哮喘防治策略。 Nerve growth factor is a kind of neuropeptide which plays a role of nutrition in neuronsgrowth and differentiation, and a family of neurotrophic factor. It is secreted by neurons, inflammatory cells and airway epithelial cells and plays a critical role in airway inflammatory and remodeling. Research showed that nerve growth factor exerts its role in asthmatic occurrence and development through immune imbalance, secreting neuropeptide, starting the redundancy of adrenal medulla cells and airway remodeling. Further investigation is needed to figure out its role in asthma, which may be helpful to build new strategies to prevent asthma.
