摘要
综合型医院组织构架是否科学,是否合理,直接影响到医院工作效率的提高和科学发展目标的实现。本文在分析新疆某三甲医院组织构架现状及存在问题的基础上提出了初步建议,以求改善医院组织构架设置、提高效率,推进医院实现跨越式发展目标的实现。
A scientific and rational organization stnlcture of general hospitals＂ will improve the efficiency of the hospital and help the realization of scientific de, velopment goals. This essay analyzes the status quo and problems of the organizational structure of a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang and propnsed advice for improving hospital organizational structure, increasing hospital efficiency and helping hospital to achieve rapid development goals.
