介绍了毛/粘小提花产品的开发思路、风格特点、生产过程和工艺流程控制。毛/粘小提花产品采用羊毛与粘胶长丝交织,利用经纬2种纱线原料结构不同,造成不同的反光效果,结合组织变化,使呢面产生了隐约的花纹,有类似提花产品的感觉,产品典雅大方,符合时代潮流。在生产过程中,选用合适的工艺参数,解决了产品的生产难度,保证了产品的质量。特别是对织机进行了改造,保证了织造的顺利进行,后整理采用平幅洗呢加空气撞击整理等,使产品的风格手感充分得以体现。
The paper introduces development ideas, product styles and characteristics, production processes and production technique controls for mini-jacquard fabrics with wool and viscose. The fabrics are cross-weaved by wool and viscose. By using different yarns of different reflective effects, combined with construction changes, the fabric face shows partly visible patterns, which is elegant, graceful and fashionable, very similar to jacquard fabric effects. It is common to form fabric defects during viscose weaving, demanding strict control for weaving tensions, and easy to have crease and scratch defects during finishing process. Therefore we require strict standard for each production process. In the production process , we choose the appropriate process parameters to solve the production difficulty and ensure the fabric quality. Especially we adjust the looms to guarantee that the weaving is carried out smoothly. We apply full width scoreing and air finishing to fully demonstrate the fabric styles and handfeel.
