摘要
结合省内外十多年半精纺纱线的发展情况,对发展半精纺的技术优势、产品开发方向、目前存在的问题及进一步提升半精纺纱线品质档次等相关问题进行探析,指出半精纺生产企业要进一步在市场上提高竞争力,必须把好原料的染色质量、投产前原料预处理与混和的技术关,选配好梳理设备和优化梳理工艺,减少纤维损伤;选配好并粗纱工序装备,提高半制品质量;在细纱工序采用紧密纺与赛络纺等先进技术,提高成纱强力、减少毛羽、改善条干、降低断头、提高效率。
The paper analyzed the semi-worsted yarns,such as the spinning advantages,development trendency,the problems and how to enhance the quality,by comparing the development of semi-worsted spinning technology for more than 10 years.It pointed out that if the company wanted to improve the competitiveness in the market,it should pay attention to the raw material of dyeing,good blending of raw material pretreatment.Before processing,in order to reduce fiber damage,it should improve the quality of semi-worsted yarns.In the spinning process,siro spinning and compact spinning can improve the strength of yarn,reduce hairiness and improve the evenness,reduce the breakage and inprove efficiency.
