摘要
以产品设计的重要意义是重在产品价值的创新为启示,分析了产品设计中正确的战略制定是实现价值创新的重要基础,其实现的途径是在完善的功能基础之上,实现产品的成本降低和差异化设计。并通过两例具有代表性的成功案例的分析来论述怎样通过正确、有针对性的战略制定来实现产品的价值创新。在此基础上,提出了怎样来进行有效的的战略布局图的绘制与分析,并为产品设计的成败提供了系统的分析框架和研究方法。
Focus on the value of product innovation being the significant point of the product design, it firstly demonstrated the set of the proper strategy being the important foundation of value innovation and also explained the proper way to realize this, based on the mature function, to achieve the low cost and differentiation design. Through two successful cases, it analyzed how to correct and targeted strategies to realize the value of product design. At last, the suitable way to draw and illustrate the strategy layout is suggested, offering a reasonable analysis framework and research methods to evaluate the product design.
