摘要
根据板栗自身特点和生理特性,针对常温贮藏易发生霉烂、生虫、失水等难点问题,采取贮前预冷、选果、杀菌、灭虫等处理,并对温湿度采取控制等措施,减少或降低板栗在常温贮藏中霉烂、生虫、失水等问题的发生。
Chestnut stored at normal temperature are subject to rotting, pest attacking and losing wa- ter. Pre--treatment like cooling, nut selection, pest killing, sterilization as well as the temperature control can reduce the loss.
