摘要
《伤寒论》创立的六经辨证奠定了中医辨证论治的基础,掌握张仲景的辨证思想、掌握临床辨证论治的技巧是我们学习《伤寒论》的主要目的。笔者从方证相应、同中求异、治病求本、表里缓急等四个方面解析《伤寒论》中的辨证思想,探讨张仲景的治病方法和原则,使经方更好地运用于临床。
Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂establishing 6-channel differentiation makes foundation for TCM treatment based on differentiating signs;to grasp Mr.Zhang Zhongjing’s differentiation thought and clinical skill of treatment based on differentiation is the main aim to learn the book.The article analy ses the differentiation thought in the book from 4 aspects of corresponding formula and syndrome,seeking difference in common,seeking base in treat ment and urgency degree of superficial and inside,and discusses Mr.Zhang’s therapy and principle,making the classical formulae more serve the clinic.
