摘要
以依托于多媒体的网络监控平台为切入点,首先对平台设计进行介绍,之后对点到点及多点实时通信、屏幕图像监视及广播、音频实时传播等关键性的实现技术加以阐述。
In this paper, the multimedia network relying on in monitoring platform as the breakthrough point, first of all of the platform are introduced, the design of peer-to-peer and after multicast real-time communications, surveillance and radio screen image, audio real-time transmission and the realization of the key technology explained.
