摘要
利用多孔聚碳酸酯膜,采用两步模板电沉积法制备了铂/普鲁士蓝(Pt/PB)复合纳米线。将Pt/PB复合纳米线固定在玻碳(GC)电极上,构建过氧化氢电化学传感器。实验结果表明,Pt/PB复合纳米线对过氧化氢的还原有良好的电催化作用。在电位为-0.1V时,响应电流信号与过氧化氢浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为6.1×10-4~1.8×10-2 mol/L,检出限(S/N=3)为5.0×10-7 mol/L。该修饰电极具有响应速率快、稳定性高、使用寿命长等优点,同时还具有一定的抗干扰能力。
Composite platinum and prussian blue(Pt/PB) nanowires were fabricated using a two-step template electrodeposition method, in which polycarbonate membrane (PC) template was used for altering electrolyte solutions. The composite Pt/PB nanowires were immobilized onto glassy carbon(GC) electrode to develop an electrochemical sensing platform for hydrogen peroxide detection. Experimental results showed that Pt/PB composite nanowires had a good electrical catalyst effect on the reduction of hydrogen peroxide. Amperometric signals showed a linear correlation to hydrogen peroxide concentration in the range from 6. 1 × 10-4 mol/L to 1. 8 × 10-2 mol/L at the applied potential of - 0. 1 V, with a detection limit of 5. 0 × 10-7 mol/L(S/N= 3). The modified electrode has a fast response rate, high stability, long life, as well as some anti-jamming capability.
