摘要
随着高校图书馆是否要向社会读者开放的呼声再起,高校图书馆向社会开放的利弊之争值得重新审视。论文从多个方面思考了高校图书馆目前完全向社会开放还存在的问题、应具备的条件和相应的一些举措。
As the appeal of opening up university libraries to the public is raising up again, it is worth taking notice of the real value behind this appeal. This paper considers various aspects in terms of the problems, requirements and measures of university libraries＂ completely opening up to the society.
