摘要
电子监听作为保护国家安全和社会稳定的有效手段,被全球很多国家所采用。文章对美国《通信协助法》的基本情况进行了介绍,分析其对美国高校图书馆的影响,针对我国高校图书馆的服务现状,阐述我国在电子监听立法的过程中,为了避免给高校图书馆带来不利影响而应该采取的一些措施。
As an effective means of protecting national security and social stability,electronic surveillance has been adopted by many countries worldwide.The article briefly describes American Act of the Communication Assistance for Law Enforcement Act and analyze its impact on the American University Library.In view of the status of Chinese university libraries,this article describes the measures we should take to avoid negative effects on Library in the process of Chinese electronic surveillance legislation.
