从高校图书馆的优势入手,分析了高校图书馆文献资源利用率偏低的原因,探讨了转型期高校图书馆拓展社会服务功能的有效方式。
Starting from the superiorities of university library,this paper analyzes the reasons why the utilization ratio of university library＇s literature resources is lower,and probes into some effective methods for expanding university library＇s social service function in the transition period.
