摘要
研究了在4%RE、520℃×2 h、1.05 kPa气压工艺参数下对4Cr5MoSiVl钢进行了稀土离子氮碳共渗工艺试验。多项性能检测结果表明:添加适量稀土的4Cr5MoSiVl钢离子氮碳共渗层的表面硬度、耐磨性能、高温抗氧化性、冷热疲劳性能以及耐腐蚀性能都有显著的提高。4Cr5MoSiVl钢制汽车车灯座铝合金压铸模用该工艺处理后,完全能满足其使用性能要求,其使用寿命可提高3~4倍。
This paper studies the RE Ion nitro-carbonizing technology for the 4CrSMoSiVl steel surface treatment by using 4% RE, 520 ℃×2h and 1.05 kPa atmospheric pressure. Performance test results of the 4CrSMoSiVl steel treated layer show that the optimization of these parameters makes the surface hardness, wear resistance, high tem- perature oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue properties and corrosion resistance to be significantly improved. An- other test with using this technology has been done for the 4CrSMoSiVl steel automotive lamp aluminum casting mold. The experimental results show that the treated layer has optimal qualities, which can meet the requirements in practice and its service life can be increased by 3 to 4 times.
