摘要
针对机械零件的失效大多从表面开始,提出表面强化技术能赋予零件表面不同于基体材料的化学成分和组织结构。使之既能保持基体原有的性能,又能使零件获得所需的某些特殊性能,如耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐氧化、抗疲劳,防辐射等。从而可以充分发挥材料的潜力,扩大其应用领域,延长零件的使用寿命。
Aiming at the invalidation of the mechanical parts start mostly from the surface, the surface strengthening technology can give the part surface the different chemical ingredient and organization from the original materials were misen. It can not only keep the materials original ftmction, but also help mechanical parts obtain some special functions. For example, resisting fiction, resisting iron, resisting high temperature, resisting oxidation, resisting fa- tigue,resisting radiation and so on. Thns, the using of the technology will make materialsto get more potential, and enlarge its application fields, and prolong the serving life for mechanical parts.
