摘要
目前,医院的病案信息管理工作仍存在一些问题,例如医务人员病案责任意识不强、病案遗失现象等等,这些不仅影响到病案管理工作,同时也影响着医院今后的发展工作,而医院针对这些问题应该采取相应的措施。医院的管理面临新的形势,医患关系也日趋紧张,要做好医院的长期发展工作,就要做好病案的管理工作,这是医院的基础性工作,也是医院里的重要工作任务。
