摘要
目的研究分析在临床病案管理中应用PDCA循环法管理的价值。方法选取2018年1-4月医院病案200份为研究样本,根据干预模式不同分为对照组(常规管理)和观察组(PDCA循环法管理);对比分析干预前后两组病案管理质量、管理错误发生率以及患者满意度。结果观察组病案管理质量较对照组高,P<0.05。观察组管理错误发生率5.0%,对照组15.0%,P<0.05。观察组满意度96.9%,对照组89.8%,P<0.05。结论在临床病案管理中应用PDCA循环法管理效果显著。
Objective To study and analyze the value of applying PDCA circulation method in clinical medical record management.Methods200 medical records of our hospital were selected as research samples,which spanned from January 2018 to April 2018.According to different intervention modes,they were divided into control group(routine management)and observation group(PDCA cycle management).The quality of medical records management,the incidence of management errors and patient satisfaction before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results The quality of medical record management in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of management errors was 5.0%in the observation group and 15.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction rate was96.9%in the observation group and 89.8%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in clinical medical record management has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.
