摘要
依据岗位职业能力不断地开展专业建设,寻求最佳人才培养模式,是高等职业教育永恒的研究课题。本文作者通过对高职工程造价学生就业定位及任职要求分析,提出了基于工作室平台,以职业能力为导向的高职工程造价专业建设方案,经过四年的实施,效果显著,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Specialty construction is carried out constantly according to the post professional competence to seek the best talent cultivation mode, which is eternal research topic for vocational education. Through the analysis of students employment positioning of vocational engineering cost specialty and job requirements, professional capacity-oriented vocational engineering cost specialty construction scheme based on studio platform is proposed, and the effect is significant after four years of implementation, which has reference significance.
