摘要
针对国军标规定的发射装药保温时间较长和试验研究的盲目性,为准确掌握保透时间,对某型发射装药开展保温时间仿真研究。首先论述了发射装药保温的原理,接着利用三维实体建模软件Solidworks建立了发射装药实体模型,通过传热学计算和运用测试手段确定了有关参数,运用ANSYS有限元模拟分析软件对发射装药内部温度的传递变化规律进行了仿真,得到了发射装药温度场分布与保温时间的关系及发射装药保透所需时间,最后通过试验验证了仿真研究的合理性,证明了现行国家军用标准规定的保温时间有很大压缩空间。
Aim at the long incubation time of charge in ammunition which prescribed by national military standard and blindness of test,the paper conducted simulation research on incubation time for a type of charge for getting incubation time exactly.Firstly,the paper discussed the principle of charge incubation.Then the paper established the model of the charge used by Solidworks,the 3D model software,and ascertaind the relevant parameter based on the calculation of heat transfer and the test,and carriesd out simulation to the charge's internal temperature,by ANSYS,the finite element simulation analysis software,and acquired the relation of the distribute of charge's temperature field and the time of temperature conditioning of the charge.Lastly,the rationality of simulation was proven by the test.The result approves that the time of the ammunition temperature conditioning used by national military standards of china can also be compressed a lot.
