摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对发送线圈的磁场分布进行了重新分析和计算,并结合炮口感应系统的具体要求,提出了一种适合于引信炮口感应装定系统的磁场均匀度计算的新方法。研究了此方法在发送线圈磁场分布的分析中所带来的独特优点,设计出磁场均匀度更高的发送线圈,有效地提高了感应装定的可靠性,为感应装定系统的设计提供了理论依据。
The powerful finite element analysis software ANSYS is employed to reanalyze and recalculate the magnetic field distribution of coil transmission. In respect to the concrete demands of muzzle induction setting system, a new method is put forward to calculate the uniformity of magnetic field, which is suitable for the fuse muzzle induction setting system. The unique advantages of this method in calculating the effect of induction setting system on the distribution of coil-transmitting magnetic field are studied. On such a basis, the coil with a higher degree of uniformity is designed. The designed method can effectively improve the reliability of induction setting system and provide a theoretical basis for the design of induction setting system.
