摘要
目的观察中医辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表将60例CAG患者随机分为西药组、中医辨证+西药组各30例。西药组采用对症治疗、抗Hp等疗法,中医辨证+西药组在西医治疗基础上,加用中医辨证分型用药。两组均以治疗2个月为1个疗程。结果西药组经治疗后痊愈10例、显效5例、有效7例、无效8例;中医辨证+西药组经治疗后痊愈15例、显效5例、有效8例、无效2例。中医辨证+西药组总有效率高达93.3%,明显高于西药组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用辨证与辨病相结合,充分体现了中医辨证论治的思想,是临床治疗CAG的有效方法,值得进一步临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods According to the random number table, 60 patients with CAG were divided into Western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine plus Western medicine group, each group had 30 eases. Western medicine group was given symptomatic treatment and anti-Hp therapy, traditional Chinese medicine plus Western medicine group was given differentiation syndrome of TCM treatment based on Western medicine therapy. The two groups were both treated for 2 months as a course. Results After treatment, 10 cases were cured in Western medicine group, 5 cases were effective, 7 cases were improved, 8 cases were invalid. In traditional Chinese medicine plus Western medicine group, 15 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 8 cases were improved, 2 cases were invalid. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine plus Western medicine group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group （73.3%）, and there was statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combining of the syndrome differentiation and differentiation of disease embodies the theory of dialectical treatment of TCM. The total effect is better than that of Western medicine group, it is an effective method to treatment CAG, so it is worthy of further clinical promoting.
