摘要
目的探讨通脉胶囊对糖尿病足血液流变性及甲襞微循环的作用。方法28例糖尿病足患者 ,在降糖、抗感染等基础治疗时 ,口服通脉胶囊 ,观察治疗前后血液流变性及甲襞微循环的变化。结果治疗后较治疗前的高粘血症有明显改善 ,微循环障碍显著减轻。结论通脉胶囊能改善微循环 。
Objective To explore the action of Tongmai capsule on the hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation of diabetic foot. Methods We observed the changes of hemorrheology and nailfold microcirculation in 28 patients with diabetic foot, who had been treated by reducing glucose and resisting infection while taking Tongmai capsule orally. Results The results indicated that the hyper_blood viscosity syndrome had been significantly improved and the disorder of microcirculation had been relieved markedy after treatment. Conclusion Tongmai capsule has positive action on improving and preventing microangiopathy of diabetic foot.
