摘要
目的:了解血糖水平在脑卒中后的变化及其对愈后的影响。方法:次日清晨测空腹血糖,比较不同愈后的患者水平。结果:恶化及死亡患者的血糖水平较痊愈及好转的患者明显增高,差异有显著性。结论:血糖水平与愈后有明显相关,早期控制血糖可对愈后产生影响。
Objective： To observe the changes of the glucose after cerebral stroke and detect the effects on the prognosis. Methods： With the methods of measuring the glucose levels on an empty stomach at the next early morning, the levels were compared among the different prognosis groups. Results： The glucose levels of the worse and the dead groups are significantly higher than those of the recovered groups. The difference is obviously significant. Conclusion： The glucose level has a direct obviously relativities with prognosis. Controlling of blood glucose at early stage may be distinctly effective to prognosis.
