摘要
海洋事业的振兴离不开海洋人才。目前,我国的海洋储备人才队伍在数量上已初具规模,但在结构上仍存在着在地域和专业上分布不平衡、复合型海洋储备人才匮乏,海洋技能型储备人才短缺的问题。因此,应出台全国统一的海洋储备人才培养规划,加大国家财政投人力度,大力发展海洋教育,从而构建一支规模庞大、素质优良的海洋储备人才队伍。
In order to prosper the marine project, the marine talents are indispensable. At present age, the number of our country＇s marine reserve talents has begun to take shape. However, in terms of structure, it still has many problems, for instance, the geographic and professional imbalance, lacking of versatile marine reserve talents and short of marine skilled reserve talents. Therefore, our country should publish the national developmental planning of marine reserve talents, increase the national budget, and strive to develop marine education in order to built a large scale and high quality marine reserve talent team.
