牙本质基质蛋白-1及其相关蛋白矿化作用的研究进展

摘要
牙本质基质蛋白-1(dentin matrix protein 1,DMP-1)是一种高度磷酸化的偏酸性非胶原蛋白,属于小整联蛋白结合配体N端联结糖蛋白家族,在牙本质、骨形成中发挥重要作用。本文就近几年对DMP-1基因结构、相关因子、DMP-1表达的调控及DMP-1在牙本质和骨组织中的作用机制的研究进展作一综述。
