摘要
[目的]了解护理专业学生择业自我效能感现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用问卷调查的方法对新疆地区某两所高校的护理专业学生择业自我效能感现况进行调查。[结果]回收87份有效问卷,护理专业学生择业自我效能感处于中等偏上水平(139.11分±10.66分);随着年级增长,择业自我效能感增强(P<0.01);男生择业自我效能感优于女生(P<0.01);参加过社会实践的学生择业自我效能感也较高(P<0.05)。[结论]高等院校护理专业学生择业自我效能感处于中等偏上水平,但存在个体差异性,教师应注意男女差别,鼓励学生参与社会实践,增强学生们的择业自我效能感。
Objective: To know about the career self-efficacy status quo of nursing students and its influencing factors. Methods:The career self- effi- cacy status of nursing students in two colleges in Xinjiang district was in- vestigated by using questionnaire. Results: The 87 valid questionnaires were recovered, career self - efficacy of nursing students was in mid to upper level (139.11 ± 10.66 points);with the grade growth,self- effi- cacy of nursing students was enhanced (P〈0. 01);the career self- effi- cacy of boy students was better than that of girl students (P〈0. 01) ;career self - efficacy of students participated in social practice was also higher (P〈0. 05). Conclusion. The career self- efficacy of universities nursing students was in the mid to upper level, but there are individual differences, teachers should pay attention to the differences between men and women,and to encourage students to participate in social practice,so as to enhance the careers of students" self - efficacy.
