摘要
随着微电网的普及和新能源发电技术的发展,一些小规模的用户站相继出现,对其输变电设备主要有计划检修和状态检修两种机制。前者存在的临时性检修频繁、维修不足或维修过剩、维护工作量大等严重问题,具有一定的盲目性;而后者则需要高素质的人员参与、高技术的设备应用、科学的分析决策系统。从经济的角度出发,利用全寿命周期成本管理相关知识,通过具体算例定量对比在一定前提下两种检修方案的不同成本,以决定公司的检修策略,具有工程实用性。
With the widespread application of microgrid and the development of new energy power generation technology,some small-scale user stations gradually come into being.The maintenance mechanisms for their transmission and transformation equipments comprise planned maintenance and condition-based maintenance.The former is unplanned and defective mainly in frequent temporary maintenance,inadequate or excessive maintenance,heavy maintenance workload,etc.;the latter demands the participation of high-quality staff,application of high-tech equipments,and scientific analysis and decision-making system.From the economic perspective,based on the knowledge of life-cycle cost(LCC) management,some calculation cases are analyzed to compare quantitatively the costs of the two maintenance mechanisms on a certain premise,and thereby determine the corporate maintenance strategy.This proposed method is practical in engineering.
