摘要 论述了植物数量遗传学的建立、发展与展望。重点介绍了南京农业大学作物遗传与种质创新国家重点实验室在植物数量遗传方面的研究进展,包括学科建立、主基因+多基因混合遗传分析的拓展、纯系品种群体和遗传交配设计群体的基因挖掘及基因的分子进化研究。展望了植物数量遗传的可能发展方向,包括遗传分析与作物育种和生物信息学相结合,以及海量信息分析与云计算相结合。目的在于引导植物遗传工作者的思考。 Advances on plant quantitative genetics mainly at State Key Laboratory of Crop Genetics and Germplasm Enhancement of Nanjing Agricultural University are firstly summarized. Then, some main advances, including establishment of plant quantitative genetics,extension of mixed major-gene plus polygenes, gene mining in homozygous crop cultivar and genetic mating design populations, and molecular evolution of genes. Finally, some future prospects are proposed, including how to integrate genetic analysis with crop breeding and bioinformatics, and to use cloud computing techniques to analyze high-throughput data. The purpose is to make plant geneticists to improve methodologies in the inheritance analysis of quantitative trait.
