摘要
根据影响介质击穿的主要因素 ,本文着重阐述了交流抗电击穿装置的容量指标问题。在确定抗电击穿装置的容量时 ,不仅要考虑到被试样件两极间的等效电容值 ,同时还要估计到试件在击穿过程可能产生的最大击穿电流值 ,对于某种绝缘材料或构件 。
On the basis of primary factors influencing dielectric breakdown, this paper emphatically points out the capacity performance index of voltage-resisting breakdown tester. When its capacity is defined, it would consider the equivalent capacitance of test sample between electrodes, and would estimate the highest breakdown current value of test sample producing in the breakdown course. It is very important to choose rational capacity of voltage-resisting breakdown for some insulating material and components.
