摘要
以凤眼蓝纤维为填充物,通过模压技术制备了密胺树脂/凤眼蓝纤维复合材料。利用力学性能测试仪、粗糙度测试仪以及扫描电镜(SEM)分别表征了密胺树脂/凤眼蓝纤维复合材料的力学性能、凤眼蓝纤维粒子的分散情况以及制品表面光洁度。结果表明,随着凤眼蓝纤维添加量的增加,拉伸强度及弯曲强度呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,其制品表面光泽度呈现出减小的趋势。当凤眼蓝纤维添加量低于40 phr时,密胺树脂与凤眼蓝纤维形成良好的包裹,提高了制品表面的光洁度。密胺树脂/凤眼蓝纤维复合材料的制备不仅降低了餐具的制作成本,更重要的是有效缓解了凤眼蓝泛滥以及白色污染两大环境危机。
Melamine resin composites(melamine resin/Eichhornia crassipes fiber) were prepared using Eichhornia crassipes fiber as a packing medium by compression molding method.The effect of Eichhornia crassipes fiber content on mechanical properties,morphology,and surface finish of the composites was investigated by mechanical performance testing,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and roughness tester.As a result,the tensile and bending strength of melamine resin composites increases first and then decreases with the increasing of the amount of the Eichhornia crassipes fiber,and the surface gloss of the products showes a decreasing trend.When the amount of Eichhornia crassipes fiber is less than 40 phr,the melamine resin wraps the Eichhornia crassipes fiber well,which could improve the surface finish of the product.The preparation of melamine resin/Eichhornia crassipes fiber composites not only reduces cost of tableware,but also more effectively alleviates the two environmental crises such as the flooding of Eichhornia crassipes and the white pollution.
