摘要
目的：观察天安灵芝胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：选择４６例冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症的住院及门诊患者予天安灵芝胶囊口服 ８周后，比较临床症状、心电图、硝酸甘油应用及血脂变化情况并对各项对比分析。结果：治疗后心绞痛症状、缺血心电图均有改善，血脂明显下降。结论：天安灵芝胶囊对冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症有较好的疗效。
Objective:It is to study the clinical efficacy of Tianan Lingzhi capsule in the treatment of coronary herat disease with hyperlipemia. Methods: 46 patients were studied. They were treated with Tianan Lingzhi capsule. After 8 weeks. The authors compared the symptom, ECG. and lipemia. Results: The results showed that Tianan Lingzhi capsule had decreased the symptoms of angina pectoris and improved the abnomal changes of ECG. TC, TG levels were lower and HDL ─C level was higher than before treatment. Conclusion: The efficacy of Tianan Lingzhi capsule therapy in coronary heart disease with hyperlipemia got satisified results.
