摘要
试验研究了Ca(OH)2处理对铁棍山药采后贮藏过程中块茎品质的影响。结果表明:Ca(OH)2处理可以有效地阻止水分的散失,对淀粉、山药多糖的影响较小。对氨基酸的影响较大,使得其含量下降,导致营养成分丧失。
the study of the Ca (OH) 2 treatment on postharvest storage of iron stick yam tuber quality influence. The results showed that: Ca (OH) 2 treatment can effectively prevent moisture loss, on starch, yam i3olysaccharide effect. The effect of amino acids on the larger, making its content decreased, resulting in the loss of nutrients.
