摘要
目的:观察白首乌苷对二乙基亚硝胺诱发实验性肝癌模型大鼠细胞因子产生功能的影响。方法:二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠发生实验性肝癌后,应用不同剂量的白首乌苷进行治疗,观察其产生白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和γ干扰素(interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)的能力。结果:白首乌苷剂量在25mg/kg体质量时可增加大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生IL-1的能力;剂量在50mg/kg体质量时可增强大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞产生IL-2和IFN-γ的能力。结论:白首乌苷对二乙基亚硝胺诱发实验性肝癌大鼠细胞因子的产生具有明显的改善作用。
Objective: Glycosides from Radix Cynanchi was an active component of general glycosides from radix cynanchi. We observed the effect of glycosides from Radix Cynanchi on cytokine in rats with hepatocellular carcinoma induced by Diethylnitrosamine in the experiment. Methods: Established hepatocellular carcinoma model induced by diethylnitrosamine in rats, treated with different dosages of glycosides from radix cynanchi, tested the secretion of interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin- 2(IL-2) and interferon-gamma(IFN- γ ). Results: Glycosides from radix cynanchi at 25mg/kg could enhance the production of IL-1, at 50mg/kg promote the production of IL-2 and IFN- γ Conclusion: Glycosides from radix cynanchi had remarkable effects on cytokine in rats with hepatocellular carcinoma induced by diethylnitrosamine.
