摘要
在具有立方焦绿石结构的Bi1 .5 Zn0 .5 (Zn0 .5 Nb1 .5 )O7陶瓷的基础上 ,引入K+ ,La3 + 离子联合取代A位Zn2 + ,对其结构与介电性能进行了研究 .X射线衍射技术分析表明 :当K+ ,La3 + 离子取代量较小时 (x <0 .3) ,样品的结构仍然保持立方焦绿石单相结构 ;当取代量较大时 (0 .3≤x≤ 0 .5 ) ,样品的晶体结构从纯立方焦绿石单相逐渐变化为立方焦绿石与立方萤石两相共存的复相结构 .样品的介电性能随着结构变化而有规律地变化 .
Structure and dielectric properties of BZN_based pyrochlore ceramics Bi 1.5 Zn 0.5 (Zn 0.5 Nb 1.5 )O 7 with substitution of K +,La 3+ for Zn 2+ in A site were investigated. The X -ray diffraction technique was used to analyze the phase structure. With lower amount of K +,La 3+ substitution( x <0.3),the crystal structure is still pure cubic pyrochlore. With increasing amount of ions substitution (0.3≤ x ≤0.5),the crystal structure gradually transforms from pure cubic pyrochlore to a co_existing phase structure with cubic fluorite. The dielectric properties change regularly with the structure accordingly.
