摘要 聚苹果酸(Polymalic acid,PMA)是一种新型的生物高分子材料,具有优良的生物特性,能够作为药物载体并对药物进行包埋,同时在化妆品行业、污水治理方面也有广泛的应用。根据本实验室菌种,对发酵条件进行优化,得出最优发酵条件。通过选择最佳的碳源、氮源和碳酸钙的添加量,进行Box-Benhken实验设计。根据实验得出最优条件为葡萄糖120g/L,丁二酸铵3.02g/L,pH值为4.68,CaCO330g/L,最大产量为17.48g/L。 Polymalic acid is a novel biopolymer material and can be used as a drug carrier and drug entrapped in the cosmetics industry due to its excellent biological properties. In addition ,it can be applied in the sewage treatment. Optimize the fermentation conditions and obtain the optimum fermentation conditions using the laboratory strains. By selecting the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source and the addition quantity of the calcium carbonate through the design the Box-Benhken experiment. The maximum output was 17.48g/L when the glucose was 120g/L, ammonium succinate was 3.02g/L, pH value was 4.68 and CaCO3 was 30g/L.
